31st - Nos Galan 5km. Mountain Ash.
         Elite race starts at 7.00 and Adult race 7.30.
 
January
3rd  - Old Father's Time (Over 35's).5 mile. Cardiff
10th - Leisure Centre League x/c. Bryn Bach, Tredegar.
24th - Gloucester Marathon.
31st - Lliswerry 8. Newport
 
February
TBC  - Love Run. 10km. Cardiff
14th - Dursley Dozen. 10km. Dursley

TBC  - Wye Ultra. 30 mile. Ross-on-wye
