A.50 Points 

•  Any marathon/20 miler - only 1 to count

 OR

    25 Points 

• Half marathon - 2 to score in 1 year

 

B.30 Points

  Awarded in descending order (i.e. 30 pts for 1st Islwyn runner, 29 for 2nd and so on for 1 of the following:-

•  Reverse 10
•  Brecon 10
•  Lliswerry 8

 

C.30 Points

  Awarded in descending order for 3 of the following races:-

• Swansea 10k
• Cardiff 10k
• Sorbrook Challenge
• Drovers Run
• Methyr Mawr Pudding Run
• Reindeer Run

 

D.30 Points 

   Awarded in descending order for 1 of the following races:-

• Pentyrch Fell Run
• Llanwonno
• Machen Mountain Run.

 

 E.20 Points

 For completing either:-

• The Rose Inn Series
• The Transcendental Races

 

F.5 Points 

• Each x/c or road leisure league appearance.

10 bonus points for 100% turn out

 

G.5 Points

• For running or marshalling Club events

This gives a possible 295 points
